Broker Qualifying Course (Real Estate)
The 45 hour Broker Qualifying Course also qualifies for 22.5 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education.
Note: As of July 1, 2008, broker license applicants will be required to show proof of completing 120 hours of approved education. Broker applicants will be required to show proof of completing the 45 hour salesperson course, the 30 Hour Remedial Course and the 45 hour broker course OR the 75 salesperson course and the 45 hour broker course.
45 hr Broker Course Fee: 14 Day pre-registration fee is $225, $265 thereafter.
Note: Due to the recent increases in licensing requirements from the DOS coupled with the current state of the economy, GRAR acknowledges that these circumstances may have an impact on attracting individuals to the real estate industry. As a result GRAR will be lowering the registration fees for the 30-hour Remedial ("Gap"), 75-hour Salesperson, and 45-hour Broker licensing courses through the end of 2008.
Students are required to purchase a textbook and must have their books PRIOR to the start of the class, as there is required reading!
Textbook Note (as of 7/15/08): The textbook for the Broker's course is currently being evaluated by our instructors. We will update site when this info becomes available.
