REGISTER FOR SCHOOL TODAY
Every September, on the first day of school, school districts are faced with new students arriving at their school, expecting to be placed immediately into a classroom, without prior registration. Residents who are new to the area, or who have recently moved into a new school district, often do not think of registering their children for school as soon as possible.

Please do not wait.  Most school districts are staffed in the summer to handle incoming students.  Register for school today is a public service campaign in our area.  Let's help our school districts do the best they can to serve the students by registering new students in time to let the district better plan for hiring the correct number of teachers, balancing the classes and purchasing supplies.  This will save families from last minute scrambling to find immunization and other records required to register for a new school (or get them updated as required depending on the grade level of the students).

Enjoy your new home and school district.
