GRAR Online School Policy
For online Licensing Courses:
How long will I have access to my courses? Courses must be taken within 6 months of registration date. After 6 months, courses will automatically expire and will not be accessible.
How do I receive my course completion certificate and how do my hours get submitted for credit? Once you pass the in-person proctored final exam, you will be issued your course completion certificate.
The school will notify the state that you successfully passed the pre-licensing course.
What is the refund policy? Refunds are available up to 30 calendar days after the date of enrollment as follows:
For course(s) "Not Started" - Full refund For course(s) "In Progress" - Partial refund For course(s) "Completed" - No refund
Students asking for a refund for the Complete Package must return all textbooks, in their original condition. Upon receipt, a refund will be issued (less $15 processing fee). An e-mail notification will be sent once the refund has been processed. Textbooks should be shipped to:
