75 Hour Salesperson's Licensing Course
New York State has passed a law increasing the requirement for a Salesperson from a 45 hour course to a 75 hour course effective July 1, 2008.   A salesperson license applicant will be required to show proof of completing 75 hours of approved education. Those salesperson applicants who completed the 45 hour salesperson course prior to July 1, 2008 may complete the additional 30-Hour Remedial Qualifying course to satisfy the 75 hour requirement.     
Tuition for 75-hour Salesperson's course: $450
Required Textbook:  
  • The Modern Real Estate Practice in New York State for Salespersons, 10th Ed
  • Textbook is required PRIOR to the start of the class, as there is required reading before course begins!
  • Textbook available at GRAR for $35 (tax included).  For an additional $7.00, we will mail your textbook directly to you. 
On-site 75-hour Salesperson's Licensing Course Schedule: 
  
September 14-24 Session:
  • Class Dates: Sept.14 -18 & Sept. 21-23 from 8am-5:30pm; Sept. 24, 8am-2pm 
  • Final Exam: Sept. 24, 2:30-5:30pm
November 2-12 Session:
  • Class Dates: Nov. 2-6 & Nov. 9-11 from 8am-5:30 pm; Nov. 12, 8am-2pm 
  • Final Exam: Nov. 12, 2:30-5:30pm     

Note:   When you are ready to register for a course and pay by credit card, you must first log in as a Non-Member (by providing your name, mailing address, e-mail address and a password).  
  • Registrations may be made online (preferred method) or by check (mail/in person), phone or fax.
  • Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted.
  • If paying by check, please complete and mail this registration form with your tuition to: GRAR, 930 East Avenue, Rochester, N.Y., 14607. The GRAR fax number is (585) 292-0283.  
  • When registering online you will receive an e-receipt. GRAR does not send confirmation letters, and will only contact you if there is a problem.
