The Greater Rochester Association of REALTORS® (GRAR) is the owner of the Time2Buy Logo and its use is intended for members who are active and “in good standing” with GRAR and its subsidiaries. Association staff and its subsidiaries may also use the image as directed by the Chief Executive Officer. By using the Time2Buy Logo, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully. If you do not agree to accept these Terms & Conditions, you are restricted from its use. GRAR reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time; therefore, you are advised to periodically review them on a regular basis, as they are binding.
If you choose to use the logo, you must agree not to modify it in any way, including all text, images, photographs, “look” and “feel”, and any other content included in the www.time2buyrochester.com website or all other GRAR websites, including www.grar.org, or anywhere else where the logo is displayed. Although you may alter the size of the logo, any modifications in size must not warp or distort the image, and the text must be legible. Users of the logo and/or image must agree not to modify the colors. The current image contains the following (PMS) pantone colors:
· PMS 348 green
· PMS 186 red
· PMS 288 blue
· PMS 462 brown
You acknowledge and agree that GRAR shall have the right (but not an obligation) in its sole discretion to pre-screen or review any user provided content. If use of the logo violates these Terms & Conditions of Use, or is otherwise objectionable, including, without limitation, projects a content that is illegal, obscene, indecent, defamatory, incites religious, racial, or ethnic hatred, or violates the rights of others; GRAR shall have the right have you remove the logo from the project and refuse its further use.
You hereby agree to hold harmless GRAR and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any action, claim, demand, or liability arising from or relating to your violation of any of these Terms & Conditions of Use, or use of the Website, and any expenses incurred in connection with, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees.
No modification, amendment, or waiver of these Terms & Conditions of Use or any part hereof shall be binding unless evidenced in writing and signed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Greater Rochester Association of REALTORS® as permissible by the Board of Directors.
